HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CANDLE?
Trim the wick to ¼” every time you light your candle. Your first burn sets up the candle for all future burns. Plan at least 1-2 hours for your first burn and allow the wax to melt to the edge of the jar. This will prevent the wax from tunneling around the wick in subsequent burns.
If your candle flame is too high, blow out the candle and trim the wick to 1/8". Use a scissors, wick trimmer or nail clipper to trim the wick. Be sure to remove all debris from the wax before burning and never leave a candle unattended after lighting.
Discontinue use when 1/2" of wax remains at the bottom to prevent damage to jar and surface.
HOW DO I RETRIEVE THE CRYSTALS FROM MY CANDLE?
Once the wax pool reaches the edge of the jar and releases the larger crystals, blow out the candle and use a spoon to remove them from the wax. Your crystals will wash clean with mild soap and warm water.
Your crystals may loosen and slide into the wick before the wax pool has reached the edge of the jar. If this happens, blow out the candle, remove the stones and relight your candle while the wax is still hot and continue to burn until the wax melts to the edge of the jar; this will prevent tunneling during future burns.
CAN I REUSE MY CANDLE JAR?
Yes! Place the candle in the freezer for about two hours or until wax is frozen. The cold air will shrink the wax, allowing it to pop out of the container, but it can also be loosened with a butter knife if necessary. Scrape off any residual wax and clean the jar with soap and water.
Once your jar is clean, it can be repurposed as a drinking glass, tealight holder, vase, pencil or brush cup, catchall for little items or as a lil' plant pot (but be careful not to over water).

We currently offer $5 local delivery within the city of Portland, Oregon. Delivery is free in Portland for orders over $40. Local deliveries will arrive within 5 days of purchase.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Once we ship your order, transit times range from 3-10 days depending on your location. International shipping will extend transit times.
Please keep in mind that shipping times do not include processing time of 7-10 days. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday; holidays may increase both processing and transit times.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We gladly accept order cancellations if requested within 3 days of purchase.
